Investigated and documented the condition of the wood balconies at Barcelona Condominiums located in Skokie, Illinois. A report was authored detailing our findings and recommendations.

Developed plans and specifications for repair work to be done.

Issued documents for bid, conducted a pre-bid meeting, reviewed the bids from contractors, conducted interviews with the bidders and board and provided recommendations.

During the construction administration phase, assisted in contract negotiations between owner and contractor. Kept the owners informed as to how accurately the contractor was complying with the construction documents. Verified compliance with product submittal review and site visits to observe work being done.
