DePaul Parking Facilities – Sheffield

The Sheffield Parking Facility was built in 1992 and is a stand alone parking structure located at DePaul University. The brick masonry parking structure is cast-in-place reinforced concrete and post tensioned concrete beams. The openings and parapet copings throughout the structure are accented with limestone. K2N CREST performed a condition survey of all levels to develop a preventative maintenance program for the garage and prolong the use of the structure. The preventative maintenance work was prioritized based on the findings.
