This complex consists of five very large manufacturing buildings and a score of smaller support structures covered by over 3,500,000 square feet of roofing. For over 20 years, resources at K2N CREST have periodically performed non-destructive roof moisture surveys and have regularly conducted visual roof examinations in order to develop plant-wide maintenance strategies. K2N’s consultant staff has specified and managed roof repair and replacement projects to ensure that plant operations continue without interruption.
