The management company expressed concerns of efflorescence along the underside of the existing concrete canopies.
K2N Crest examined the existing conditions of the canopies and determined that the existing surface coating was not installed in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
The existing cracks were repointed, and an elastomeric membrane installed to provide a waterproofing system on the top surface.
