East Addition Exterior – Kankakee, IL

The five-story addition at Riverside Healthcare in Kankakee, Illinois, showcases innovation in healthcare architecture. The $50 million East Addition project added 160,000 SF of new space and another 45,000SF of existing space was renovated.  With its state-of-the-art facilities, including a new 12 operating rooms, 18 private intensive care, 7 private labor and delivery rooms, 22 private-patient rooms and a new Helipad, it signifies a step forward in healthcare service delivery.  The project was completed on schedule and within budget.
