The Cubes at Mesa, Building D project in Mesa, Arizona, demonstrates a thoughtful aesthetic that helps reduce the immense size of the building to a more inviting human scale with an innovative blend of progressive design and utility.  The new building is a one-story warehouse structure of more than 1,000,000 SF of interior space with 184 truck docks, 236 trailer storage positions and 422 auto parking spots. K2N Crest performed the Architect of Record and structural engineering services for the project alongside the design architect, LJC.  The Cubes at Mesa, Building D project offers a stimulating exterior variation on the ubiquitous tried-and-true tilt-up concrete construction method and pushes the visual boundaries as to how appealing extremely large utilitarian buildings can be.
