Union League Club – Facade

The Union League Club of Chicago, established in 1879, is a 23-story masonry building. Since 2000, K2N Crest has been involved in many facets of the condition of the building. We have investigated the condition of the brick and limestone façade, prepared City of Chicago exterior façade reports and developed phasing plans for façade repairs. We have provided contract documents and contract negotiation services and provided construction administration services to ensure compliance with contract documents during repairs.

Throughout the years, we have provided repair documents, bidding services and construction administration services for the repair of corroded shelf angles and distressed brick; repair of step cracks and distressed window heads; installation of expansion joints, among others.
