Woodland Hills – Roofs

Woodland Hills is a townhome complex located in Gurnee, IL consisting of 54 buildings within the community. Investigated and documented the distress to the roofing and authored a report describing our findings, conclusions and recommendations.

Developed plans and specifications for the replacement of the roofing.

Issued documents for bid, reviewed the bids from four contractors, conducted interviews of the low bidders with the board and provided a recommendation.

During the construction administration phase, assisted in contract negotiations between the owners and contractor. Our objective during construction was to keep the owners informed as to how accurately the contractor was complying with the construction documents. Verified compliance with submittal reviews and site visits to observe the work.
